Mentality Friendsgiving was a huge success. But just a warm up for the real deal! Tomorrow is thanksgiving and mentality will be CLOSED for all classes and resuming a normal schedule on Friday.

The Toro cup has been secured. Kimura from closed guard in minute six!

Heads up!

This weekend open mat will be Saturday morning at 11:00a instead of our ordinary Sunday open mat. If it seems convenient for lots of grapplers we may end up adding it to the schedule.

Older kids class promotion is taking place next Thurs

A great weekend of epic competition, open mats and top five finishes. With the amount of parents and kids we have in the gym Halloween is often light around the gym, this Thursday we will be closed for the festivities! Have fun and be safe.
